Personalized items (with embroidered name or monogram or school patch/logo) are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return/exchange items from your order.
We accept returns for store credit or equal value exchange with the following criteria:
- ALL returns or exchanges must be within 90 days of purchase
- Must have original receipt
- All items purchased must be in original purchase condition (cannot be washed/worn and must have the original tags attached to each item, no pet hair.)
- Final sale or close out items will not to be exchanged or returned
However, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will be happy to accept your return and exchange for the correct item or undamaged item.
Teacher Return Policy: Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for teacher orders. These are custom orders for the specific school. Therefore, please verify you have ordered the correct size before submitting your order.
No refunds on purchases unless a student has withdrawn from the school. The only way a credit card refund will be issued is if a student has withdrawn and presents an official withdrawal form from the school. This can be brought into the store or emailed to us.
This type of refund will be issued within four weeks of submitting your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes: transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), processing time once we receive returned items (3 to 5 business days), and bank time to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
